How long is shipping?

Standard shipping in the United States takes approximately 2-3 days. 

How do I get a discount?

Click on Save 10% off option as shown in the image, then you will have to enter your email address and click on the show discount button now button, your discount code will be shown immediately.

What payment gateways do you accept?

We accept a number of payment methods such as American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, Meta Pay, Google Pay, MasterCard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Venmo and Visa as well. 

What currencies do you accept?

What are the delivery charges?

You will be glad to know that we offer free shipping on all orders above $100.

Do you offer International shipping?

Yes, our mission is to make it accessible to buy quality handmade jewelry designs no matter where you are in the world.

Note: Customs charges aren’t included in the price. 

How long will it take to deliver my order?

Local orders across the USA are processed via USPS and delivered within 2-3 business days whereas International orders can take 2-3 weeks depending upon your location. 

How do I make a return/refund?

Our policy lasts 14 days after the item has been received. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ORDERS

Here’s how you can make a return request:

• Firstly, you need to inform our team within 14-days of receiving that you’ve received a damaged product. 
• Our team will ask you to share the images of the products as proof.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Once your return request is approved, our team will further assist you with the next procedure.
